The problem is that so much of the current rumour and speculation is a case of the blind leading the ignorant....and like arseholes, everyone has an opinion. What makes some 'opinions' more cogent than others is exactly how 'informed' they are. Anyone with a reasonable length of 'history' with the site....provided they are vested with at least half a brain...[functioning]...and enough life-experience to read current events and their handling/conduct can determine exactly what transpired. The only part I find mildly bemusing is that jark was not 'removed from public consciousness' totally and all historical references here wiped.  Rewriting

Jeff just commented today....he's removed all the Skins Factory works from Devart.....[I wondered why my watch list suddenly shrank]. For those too ignorant to know/care....TSF is one of the most lauded skinning co's out there...particularly in the field of commercially-endorsed Media Player skins......a long-time and significant 'player' in the digital art/skinning community. That strikes as a significant 'blow' to the defensibility/integrity of the 'remaining' community direction, particularly when you are forced to be made aware that Devart began as a skinning site [with artistic bent].
